i accidentally booked non ac room when i went to the reception and asked for my ac room the staff without checking give me the keys to the ac room later one of the staff came and said that i booked an non ac room he was very rude i told them that they can shift me to the non ac room but he was till rude and disrespectfull i told them that it was an accident.

verry verry bad hotel. comfortable nahin hai. extra paise maangte hai. booking karne ke baad bolte hai room khali nhi hai. कैंसिल करने से रिफंड नही हो pata. वेरी bad
